Floyd Hamilton Stewart of Spokane passed away Monday November 18, 2013 at the age of 86. He was born on July 30, 1927 in Chicago IL to the late William H. Stewart and Adelaide Nettland Stewart.
Floyd served in the United States Coast Guard during WWII, after which he attended the University of Illinois. For 48 years Floyd sold industrial equipment for several manufacturers and distributors. He is a past member of the B O F and the Elks Lodge of Spokane, and He enjoyed swimming, bike riding, walking and spending time with his family and friends at weekend barbecues and get-togethers. Floyd loved and valued his family.
Floyd is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years Audrey May Stewart. He is survived by his sons Craig and wife Kathleen Stewart, Randy and wife Debbie Stewart, William and wife Debbie Stewart, John and wife Sharon Stewart. Daughters Diana and husband Greg McCary, and Sheryl and husband Greg Lockwood as well as his Sister Marilyn Monroe, 8 Grandchildren 9 Great-grandchildren with two more on the way.
Funeral Services will be held Friday November 22, 2013 at 2:30 P.M. at Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home Spokane.
