Brian was born to Frank and Norma Winborne and raised in Spokane. “Deacon” leaves behind his son Anthony Winborne, father Frank, sisters Carol Solomon and Debra Prince. He also leaves behind a large extended family and many friends. A vigil service will be held Thursday June 19, 2014 at 5:00 pm at the Spokane Tribal Longhouse, Wellpinit, Washington. Funeral services will follow Friday June 20, 2014 at 10:00 am. Burial at the Presbyterian Cemetery in Wellpinit.
