Jerry Francis was born January 18, 1934 in Spokane. He was the oldest child of Molly and Archie Francis. Jerry grew up on the South Hill with his brother Leslie and sister Marion. His first job was moving houses and he went on to work for 11 years for a lumber company. Jerry’s last job was working for Goodwill doing upholstery. He worked evenings teaching upholstery through the community college and later in his home. Jerry is survived by his wife Judy, son James, two grandchildren Haley and Orion, and two step-children Rebecca and Ken.
