James is survived by his wife, Cecilia Holland; sons Nathan, Justin, and Andy; and daughter Jessica; mother Mary McRae; and siblings Dave, Dennis, Julie, Lori, and Scott.
James was preceded in death by his father Therrel McRae.
James loved to better the quality of the lives of those he cared for.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018, 3:00 PM, at Cathay Inn, 3714 N Division St, Spokane, WA.
