Josephine Jo M Brooks

She is survived by her son, Walter; daughter, Barbara; sister-in-laws, Marge Brooks; Betty Birkmeyer and Shon Bowen; grandson, Robert Hart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, parents, Bart and Pearl and brother, Dan.

Jo graduated from high school and was a homemaker. She and her husband, Walt made their home in St. John, WA for over 25 years and for the last seven years she resided in Spokane next door to Shon and her husband, Walt. She and her husband traveled the world with his various jobs in bridge construction. She was very active in the Eastern Star.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the St. John Cemetery with Pastor Dave McCue officiating.

Hazen & Jaeger Funeral Home, 1306 N. Monroe St., Spokane is in charge of the arrangements.
