When you were 2 we had many visits with Karen.  These were two of your drawings at that time. Was one of these her? It was great getting to know Karen.

My favorite memory of Karen was about a month ago, she was tired of all the Drs appointments, so we went for coffee (she always got a butterscotch frap with extra Carmel drizzle and whipped cream),lunch (KFC) and shopping at her favorite store (Ross). I put on her favorite song, Night Owls by the litter river band and she turned the radio ALL the way up and belted out that song word for word, all while laughing and telling me how much fun she was having. We must've listened to that song on repeat for 30 mins. But she was just so happy and carefree. She really was so special and I'm going to cherish the time I got to know her. 7 months wasn't enough. But, she became a dear friend, and for that, I'm thankful.

I know you are watching over Me & My children & my Siblings Kristopher & Kassandra.
