Kay Earl Hipp
January 9, 1939 – December 27, 2020
Earl passed away December 27, 2020 after a courageous battle against cancer. Born on January 9, 1939. He grew up in Clarkston, WA, and was a longtime resident of Veradale, WA. He was part of the USAF 310 Bomb Wing and also a tail boom refueler. Earl was a jack of all trades in life, a Beekeeper, worked with the Spokane Fairgrounds, worked in construction, HVAC, and was in school transportation for East Valley until he retired. Was a member of Spokane Model T Club, restored horse-drawn buggies, enjoyed old cars, photography, bird watching, airplanes, travel, day trips and antiques. He made a friend everywhere he went, and will be truly missed by many.
Survived by wife Diana (Michael) (m.2007); children Jeffry and Becky; step children Chad and Rachel; 4 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; and his siblings Patsy and Vince. Preceded in death by his parents Helen C. (Sheppard) and Clarence K. Hipp; sisters Judee, Marilyn and Louise; and wife Marjorie J. (Tracy) (m.1964 d.2003).
Military Honors and burial will be at Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society.
