Loretta M. Bremer

Went to be with her Lord on September 10, 2010. Born March 2, 1930 to Helen and Clarence Kingsley in Parker, SD. She moved to Walla Walla in 1936 and to Spokane in 1946. Loretta graduated from Lewis & Clark High School with her sister, Lorraine, in June 1948. She was married to Bill Bremer for 56 years, and he preceded her in death in February 2005. He was in the Air Force for 26 years, and the family travelled to many places, including overseas and in the States. Loretta is survived by her son, Bill Bremer, his wife, Kristy, and son, Blane; her daughter, Valerie Whitney, her husband, Mike, and children, Shaun and Danielle. She loved golf, bowling, bunko, her church, Beautiful Savior, and church family. Loretta loved people and never met a stranger she didn’t like. Visitation will be held from 2:00 till 8:00pm, Monday, September 20, 2010 at Ball & Dodd Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, September, 21, 2010 at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 4320 S. Conklin St, Spokane, WA. Private interment at Greenwood Memorial Terrace. Memorial contributions may be made to either Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church or Hospice of Spokane.
