

With heavy hearts, we share the loss of our mom, Margaret "Peggy" Adams Dearing. She was 83 when she passed away in Spokane, WA on February 14, 2017. She was born Margaret May Ulrich at her home in Coeur d Alene, ID, May 20, 1933 to parents Erwin and Manetta Ulrich. Peggy was one of five children; Fred Ulrich, Bob Ulrich, Erwin Ulrich and Betty Johns. Bob Ulrich lives in the Spokane Valley and all her other siblings have passed away.
Peggy graduated from Rogers High School in Spokane, WA in 1951. She then married Wesley Adams in September of 1951 and they made their home in the Spokane Valley raising four children; Patti, Pam, Lee and Chuck. Lee died in 1959 and her beloved husband Wes, died in 1972. Peggy married Jim Dearing in 1993 and they lived in the Spokane Valley where they were active in the Valley Eagles until his death in 2011.
Peggy is survived by children; Patti Adams Purvis and her husband Ron Purvis of Spokane Valley, Pam Adams Matsushita and her husband Allen Matsushita of Troy MT,
Chuck Adams and his wife Pam Adams of Spokane Valley. Grandchildren; Jessica Kirk (Garrett Guinn) of Spokane Valley, Jeff (Julie) Matsushita of Boise, ID, Shannon (Jason) Babb of Spokane Valley, WA, Wesley (Amanda) Adams of Spokane Valley, WA, Jackie (Bret) Summers of Spokane, WA. Great Grandchildren; Hope and Lucas Kirk, Triston Adams, Jaylen and Jensen Matsushita and Shelby Summers.
There will be a Memorial gathering and potluck lunch, Saturday March 11th at 12:00 PM at
The Valley Eagles, 16801 E. Sprague Ave. Spokane Valley, WA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Building Fund of the Valley Eagles, 16801 E. Sprague Ave. Spokane Valley, WA.
She will be laid to rest next to her husband Wes and their son Lee at Pines Cemetery, Spokane Valley, WA.
