Richard "Rich" Hickman, 85, was born in Santa Fe, Missouri. He passed away January 15, 2026. Rich graduated from North Central High School in 1958. He joined the Marines shortly after graduation. After serving for 4 years, he started to work for the Union Pacific Railroad. He continued to work there for 40 years.
Rich enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling, spending time at their property, and watching a good old Western movie.
His family and friends will always remember him as a kind, loving, caring husband, dad, Grandpa, and Papa with a great sense of humor.
Rich is survived by his wife Connie, children Kelly, William (Mia), Geoff, Debbie (Mark), and Barbie (Paul). He had 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and several brothers and sisters.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for 1:00 pm January 30, 2026 at Audubon Park United Methodist Church, 3908 N Driscoll Blvd.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rich's name to Audubon Park Church's Food Bank.
