Richard Dean Rattray, age 59, of Seattle, Washington passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.
A funeral service for Richard will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Ball & Dodd Funeral Home, 5100 West Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA 99205. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at West Greenwood Cemetery, W Coulee Hite & Gray Rds, Reardan, WA 99029.
