Robin Gail Alexander

Robin was born to Carl Larson and Lorraine Larson in Spokane. Robin was raised in Spokane attending Holmes, Havermale, graduating from North Central High School. In 1976, Robin met Greg Alexander, and they married in May 1979. They went on to have their daughter, Leah.

Robin worked for Yoke’s Foods mostly in their Market St. store as the floral manager. It was there she developed her love for growing things, especially flowers, and their home was awash in color. Robin volunteered at Hope House and then at a meals program in Browne's Addition. She became known as the Dessert Queen, pulling together amazing treats, enough to feed 200 weekly. Robin loved to travel to new tropical destinations to soak up the sun and water. She loved to hike and discover all the different wildlife. She enjoyed drinking Old Fashioneds and playing pinochle with her husband and family. Robin loved people. She could strike up conversations with anyone at any time. She was a joy and light for all that knew her.

Robin is survived by husband, Greg; daughter, Leah; brother, Carl (Sally) Larson; and a large extended family. She was predeceased by her parents, Carl and Lorraine Larson; and sisters, Gail and Carol Larson. Robin will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Rescue 4 All.

A memorial service will be held on October 25, 2025, at 1pm, Salem Lutheran, 1428 W Broadway Ave, Spokane, WA 99201.
