Born October 18, 1960 to Ernie and Barb Stolz in Spokane Washington where he spent his life. As a teenager he attended West Valley High School. Steve spent the most of his working career in various types of construction. He was an avid outdoorsman who had a love for wildlife, adventure and sports. Traveling to Alaska a handful of times, he loved to spend time hunting and fishing with family and friends. More than hunting and fishing and sports, his true love was his grandchildren. Steve will always be remembered by his wife Donna of 17 years, son Adam of Spokane, Brother Mike Stolz and Sister Holly Bieber of Spokane, grandsons Logan and Landen, along with many other family and friends. Steve fought a courageous fight with an unknown illness for 5 years. Steve Stolz was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend and will be greatly missed and never forgotten by his loved ones.
A memorial service will be held at the Thornhill Valley Chapel, Saturday November 19, 2011 at 2:00 pm, 1400 S. Pines Road, Spokane Valley 99206. Donations may be sent to Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
