Susan D. Fischer, 54, passed away on June 4, 2013 in Spokane, WA. She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Fischer of University Place, WA; two brothers, Gary Fischer of Liberty Lake, WA and Ken Fischer of Spokane Valley, WA and one grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Delphine Fischer.
Susan was born in Yakima, WA and attended University High School in Spokane Valley. She graduated from Spokane Community College with a Licensed Practical Nursing Degree and worked in convalescent care. She enjoyed music, crocheting, quilting and camping.
Private family services will be held with private inurnment at Pines Cemetery, Spokane Valley to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Pulmonary-Hypertension Society. Thornhill Valley Chapel, 1400 So. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley is in charge of the arrangements.
