Thomas Charles Peters, age 65 and lifelong resident of Spokane, passed away January 24, 2013. Tom is survived by his wife Kathy; children, Nick and Kaylee Peters; mother, Virginia Peters; brother, Chris Peters; and his grandchildren, Dominick Courtney and Dakota Kennedy.
Tom graduated from EWU as an MSW and worked for Eastern State Hospital for over 35 years. He also had a private counseling practice. Tom has dedicated his life to helping others and will be missed by many. A memorial service will be held at Hazen and Jaeger, Alwin Chapel, 1306 N. Monroe St., Friday, February 1, at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Spokane in memory of Tom.
