Born in Spokane, WA on October 6, 1961 to Rosemary and Charles Samuels. Todd lived in Spokane until 1976, at which point he moved with his mom and step-dad to Wellpinit, WA. Todd Graduated from Wellpinit High School. Todd attended Spokane Falls Community College for two years where he graduated with a degree in upholstery.
Todd met his wife, Jeanie in 1990 where they got married in Sept. 1996. This created Todd an instant family with two daughters that he never considered “Step Children,” they are his girls. Jenilee (Rob) and Danalee (Gary) gave Todd three grandchildren, Mariah, Annalee and Bret and one great granddaughter, Issabella.
Todd worked various jobs in the Spokane area until he started working at Spokane Indian Bingo prior to it being called Spokane Indian Bingo and Casino. He had many positions throughout his employment ranging from maintenance up to General Manager.
Todd started experiencing health issues in the late 90’s that ultimately resulted in him having to leave the work place around 2015.
Todd is preceded in death by his Parents Rosemary and Willie Boyd, Charles and Candy Samuels, brothers Mark and Leonard. Todd is survived by sisters; Linda Jefferson, Desiree Gilbert (Burns), Charlene Samuels, Daphnee Samuels, Dannee Pierre, Clarisa Samuels, Christine Nomee-Dirks (Mike), brothers; Charles Samuels Jr., Ric Samuels (Jeanne), Ronald Samuels, Benjamin Samuels and Alex Samuels, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Catholic Wake services will be held on Wednesday November 14, 2018 at 7:00 PM. Funeral mass will be Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM. These will be held at the Tribal Longhouse in Wellpinit, WA. Burial will be at Hubert Cemetery in Ford, WA. Dinner to follow at the Longhouse.
