Anna Ruth Martin

Ruth Kurtinitis Martin, 86 of Spotsylvania, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010 at her residence. She attended St. Matthew Catholic Church and was an avid bingo and card player and a Baltimore Oriole fan.

She is survived by two sons, Bob Kurtinitis of Spotsylvania and George Kurtinitis of Iowa; a daughter, Ruthann Shae of Maryland; a sister, Madelyn Francis of Maryland; Five grandchildren, Six great grandchildren, and beloved friend, Chester Mikus.

She was preceded in death by her two husbands, George Kurtinitis and Robert Martin, and a brother Peter Zemaitis.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. Interment will be in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery in Dundalk, MD on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 1:00 P.M.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to a charity of your choice.
