He is survived by his wife Tina Jacobs; children, Kaleigh Garcia, Shannon Jacobs and Ashleigh Jacobs; mother Charlotte Stewart; brother Ned Jacobs, Jr.; grandson Rome Garcia and several nieces.
He is preceded in death by his father Ned Jacobs; brother Timothy Jacobs and sister Joyce Smith.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Spotsylvania chapel where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, October 4. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
