He was born in Ahvaz, Iran on May 19, 1947. He was married to Carla Ann Poppell on December 30, 1986.
Ahmad worked in the printing industry as owner of Econo Print, Inc. He had a passion for spending time with friends, family, and his many animal companions.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carla; his son, Kaywon; his daughter, Sara, and son-in-law, Adam Eikman; grandchildren, Emma and Evan Eikman; and family in California and Iran.
