With heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life rooted in faith and love, we announce the passing of Alfonso LeBron Rodriguez, who went home to be with the Lord.
Al was a devoted follower of Christ, a man whose life reflected unwavering faith, quiet strength, and enduring love. He walked closely with God, living out his beliefs through kindness, humility, and steadfast devotion to his family.
He worked as an airline mechanic and also lead mechanic, a role that reflected his skill, precision, and strong work ethic. With gifted hands, he helped keep planes in the air—but his greatest work was the love and foundation he built within his family.
Al was a loving husband to his wife, Ada Irma Rodriguez, and a devoted father to his daughters, Joanne Dina (Joseph Dina) and Balinda Jimenez (Eddy Jimenez). His family was his greatest joy and his proudest legacy.
He is also survived by his grandchildren: Justin Miranda (Meghan Sherron), Brianna Quinones (Jonathan Quinones), Marc Miranda, Leandro, Kathleen, Christian, Brandon, Adriana, and Joelle; and his great-grandchildren: Ethan, Jovani, Mason, and Hettie. Each of them carries a piece of his love, his wisdom, and his faith forward.
Those who knew Al will remember his steady presence, his faithful heart, and the way he showed love through both word and action. He was a man who led by example, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to shape generations.
As it is written in 2 Timothy 4:7 (CSB), “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” Al lived these words faithfully and now rests in the presence of his Savior.
Though he is no longer with us, his love remains—a guiding light in the lives of all who knew him.
