"I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live." - John 11:25
With faith in the promise of the Resurrection, we announce the passing of Ann M. Yennie, who entered eternal life on July 8, 2026, at the age of 82.
Born on Christmas day, December 25, 1943, in Paterson, New Jersey, Ann lived a life marked by love, compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was a faithful Catholic who believed deeply in the importance of family, kindness, and caring for those she loved.
Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alan, and her cherished sister, Rosemary. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Michelle, and son-in-law, John, with whom she made her home in Trinity, Florida, as well as her beloved grandchildren, Christopher and Caroline. She is also survived by her son, Rodger, daughter-in-law, Susan, and her grandchildren, Alan and Alexis, all of New Jersey.
Ann found joy in spending time with her family, who were the greatest blessing of her life. She loved taking vacations whenever she could, enjoyed visiting the casino, and treasured every opportunity to make memories with her children and grandchildren. Those who knew Ann will remember her as a woman of remarkable loyalty, quiet strength, and unconditional love. Her family was always her greatest priority, and her generosity, warmth, and caring spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
While our hearts grieve her absence, we take comfort in our faith, trusting that she has been welcomed into the loving arms of Christ and reunited with her beloved husband, Alan. We give thanks for the gift of her life and for the many blessings she shared with her family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ann's life on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Turner Funeral Home (10:00a) with mass following at 12:30p in Spring Hill, Florida.
As we commend Ann to the mercy of God, we pray:
Eternal rest grant unto her, 0 Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
