

Anne R. Reece, 96, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2025, in Spring Hill, FL. She was born May 3, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Pauline (Ryzak) Fruncek of Fairfield, CT. Anne grew up in Fairfield and graduated from Roger Ludlow High School where she enjoyed playing softball and field hockey.
Anne became a flight attendant for TWA, which she would joke stood for “Travel with Annie” and shared many of her stories of traveling the world. Afterwards she became an executive secretary at Pepperidge Farm until retirement.
Anne’s two biggest passions were her love of animals and gardening. Wherever she lived her gardens were a thing of beauty, lovingly tended with care, along with her special green thumb for African violets.
Anne was predeceased by her loving husband, James H. Reece, and her son Randall J. Reece and her siblings.
She is survived by her daughter Paula A. and her husband Jonathan Helm, grandsons Alexander, Jared and Tyler Helm, all of North Smithfield Ri and loving nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Turner Funeral Homes, Crematory and Cemetery, located at 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609, on November 7, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
