I met Barbara Back in 2007 when I first moved to Florida.  My most memorable moments with Barbara were times we spent together during our Bible studies.. Barbara will show up with food that she made early that morning for our group. You can see the love she had for cooking and how happy it make her to share her food with all of us.  The biggest change I saw in Barbara  was when she join our group. She loved talking about the Lord, was eager to learn and contribute during the studies. The transformation I saw and heard during these last couple years were amazing.

Barbara you left a big impact on us. I will forever remember your big smile and you kindness to all of us.  We are so blessed to have come to know such a loving and caring women of God.  We celebrate you and how you touch our lives.. You will be truly miss.  Until we meet again.  Love you, Myrna 😘

First, my condolences to all who loved Mama Beeker. A mother is a precious gift from God, she loves unconditionally, she always puts her children before herself, she is your biggest cheerleader, she teaches you right from wrong & she has magical hugs that seem to make whatever is wrong right... no matter what age you are! I have had the pleasure of loving my best friend Kelly for the past 30 plus years because of mama Beeker and for that alone I am grateful.  I have fond memories of her and was always amazed by her strength. She was a mother & a father and a DAMN good one at that!!!!!  I won't say goodbye, I'll say "I'll see you one day beautiful angel"  Kelly, my heart is heavy, it kills me that I can't be with you during this difficult time, you are and forever will be one of the greatest loves of my life and I am only a phone call away! I love you my dear friend....ALWAYS!

Barbara,  I  will surely miss your radiant smile and your laughter.  I truly enjoyed our conversations and sharing our summer reads. I've never met anyone who could read so many books in a week!!! I thank God every day for letting me be a part of your life. You'll always have a special place in my heart! Thank you for loving  me. Don't worry,  I'll take care of Eve! A lifetime of memories & love. I will miss so many things about you aunt Barbara, But the thing I will miss most is spending time seeing and talking with you. Barbara, I remember when I first met you. I thought wow this woman speaks her mind but she speaks the truth because of her own life experiences. I knew there was a tender and caring heart. I grew to love you more and more.

The love you have for your children, grandchildren and now great grandson Brayden was so evident.  I love how you would talk to me about the new love you found....Jesus Christ. Reading his word and having a relationship with HIM.

Granny my love I miss you so much already. I'm gonna miss our great talks while you would give me a foot rub or play with my hair till I fell asleep. You were the only one who I could talk to cuz you knew how stubborn I am. I thank you for all your wisdom and all your love. I have many great memories of Mrs Beeker living next door to Grandma Perkins house on Wilson Blvd.I can still recall hearing her contagious laugh,years later.As well as her exact mannerisms when conversing with  my Dad (John )& Mom (Sharon ) over the “fence”.Unforgettable Sympathy to The Beeker family xoxo

Thank you for leaving the world a beautiful and loving family that we have within the Beekers. You were always the first bright smiling face I was fortunate to see everytime I’d come by the house. Poolside, just hanging out 🤗. No matter how far in between my visits your welcoming presence and embracing hug & kiss always made me feel like family. 

I love you for the extended family you’ve given me. Please do me a favor and tell my pops I love and miss him as well.
