Ben worked in construction and was a successful business owner. He was a member to the Loyal order of the Moose Club and had a passion for boating.
Benedict is predeceased by his Sisters Mary Manceri, Anne Scibetta.
Ben is survived by his children Benedict DeVita Jr (Katie) and Thomas DeVita (Lynda), siblings Grace Tarolli and Brother Peter DeVita, grandchildren Caitlin DeVita, Julia DeVita,Christopher DeVita and Jack DeVita, nieces Fran Guzman, Laurie Harris, Paula Caruso, Maryann Cusimano and Lisa Loppolo, nephews Steven Tarolli, Peter Cusimano, and Michael Farrell. Ben will be greatly missed by his Best Friend Jose Guzman and many friends whom he loved and cherished.
Funeral arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
