Brenda J. Baker

Brenda Baker (Lomnick), a beloved resident of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on July 28, 1947, in Clearwater, Florida, Brenda touched the lives of many with her warmth and kindness.

Brenda graduated from Dunedin High School and dedicated her career to the medical field, where she worked as a receptionist. Her passion for Jesus, family, gardening, and music enriched her life and those around her she also enjoyed cooking for everyone especially for the holidays and on special occasions.

On March 18, 1966, Brenda married Bobby Lomnick, with whom she shared many cherished years until his passing on March 18, 1990. She is survived by her loving daughters, Michelle Lomnick and Jessica Dakin, and her son, Robert Lomnick. Brenda was also a proud grandmother to Chelsea Dakin, Sydnei Dakin, Skot (L.G.) Dakin, and Caleb Dakin, and a great-grandmother to Dusty Dakin, William D. Griffith, and Armando Juarez. She is also survived by her sister, Barbara Mickaelian, and her brother, Douglas Benefield.

Brenda J. Baker will be remembered for her unwavering love and devotion to her family and her community. Her legacy of kindness and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her.
