Bruce Bennett Creech, 66, of Port Richey passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021. He was born in Smithfield, North Carolina to Benjamin Franklin and Mary Ellen Creech. Bruce grew up in Johnson County, North Carolina and later moved to Florida. Bruce was a graduate of the Pharmacy School at the University of Chapel Hill. He also received degrees from North Carolina State University. In Florida, he worked as a pharmacist in retail locations, hospitals, compounding pharmacies as well as consulting positions. Bruce was a person who never met a stranger. He was loved by all and brought joy to all who knew him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, especially his family. He will forever be in our hearts.
He is preceded in death by his parents Benjamin Franklin and Mary Ellen Creech.
He is survived by his partner Paul S. Popalis; uncle Lawrence Fasbinder; sister Beverly Creech-Hall (Steve); nephew Andrew Hall (Shauna); Sloane, Arie and Sullivan; nephew Michael Hall (Melanie); step sister Beverly Nee Allen Sutton.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
