He is the son of the late Russell and Harriet Gresh, and grandson of the late Russell and Marie Gresh, and the late Delroy and S. Mabel Gilbert.
He is survived by his beloved wife Debra Ann Gresh. He was a devoted and loving father to Danielle Lent of Northvale, NJ, Erica Lent of Bonita Springs Fl, and Robert Lent of Dumont, NJ.
Bruce is also survived by his sister, Doreen Duncan, of Boyertown, PA, and her husband Dr. David Duncan, and their family: Craig and Meg Duncan of Colorado Springs, CO, as well as two great nieces, Waverleigh and Brynn Duncan. And, nephew, the late Brian Duncan.
Bruce is also survived by his brother Dale Gresh of Reading, PA, and sister, Beverly Uhirg, of Pottstown, PA.
Bruce graduated from Pottsgrove High School in Pottstown PA in 1976. He attended Clarion University, PA.
Bruce lived in Timber Pines, Spring Hill, FL for over 25 years. As a successful realtor, during those 25 years in the community he was affectionately known as “Mr. Timber Pines”. His real estate license was held by Tropic Shores in Spring Hill, FL. His wise counsel for real estate will be greatly missed in the community.
He was active in golf and bocce, and could often be found puttering at home in his gardens and feeding the birds. But his most favorite times were spent at his parcheesi board, always the winner against his wife and friends. His love of the game came from his childhood with Grandpop Gresh.
A celebration of Bruce’s life will be held Tuesday, June 22nd at 3:00pm in Timber Pines, at The Lodge, in Spring Hill Florida. All who were touched by Bruce’s kindness and larger than life personality are most welcome to join us.
