Carolyn Pohl (nee Slevenski) of Spring Hill, FL formerly of Philadelphia, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, at the age of 77. Carol was the beloved wife of Fred Pohl, Sr sharing over 48 years of marriage and loving mother of Fred Pohl, Jr. She is also survived by her beloved twin sister Geri Nowell (Paul), who will remember her with love and gratitude for the many memories they shared together. Preceded by her parents, Elmer and Emma (Horton) Likes and in-laws Fred J and Catherine (Brennan) Pohl.
Before retiring to Florida, Carol and her husband lived in Bensalem, PA where they raised their son.
Carolyn loved life deeply and embraced it fully, finding joy in everyday moments and meaningful connections. Throughout her life, she treasured her lifelong friends, whose bonds endured across the years, as well as all of the new friendships she made at Salishan Retirement Community where she found companionship, laughter, and a true sense of belonging.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and whose lives were brightened by her warmth, spirit, and friendship. The family appreciates your kind thoughts and prayers during this time.
