She was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on January 15, 1945 to the late Louis and Mary Frankowski.
The family later moved to Cranford, NJ where she was raised and graduated from Cranford High School and then continued her education at a secretarial school.
She was employed by General Electric in Edison for many years as an Administrative Assistant.
Daria met her loving husband, Joseph Schicchi in 1981 and was married in July 1987. The couple relocated to Spring Hill, Florida in July 1988.
Daria then worked for First Housing Corporation of Florida until she retired in 2017.
Daria had many pet dogs over the years that were all her babies and loved dearly. She enjoyed watching sports, especially the Tampa Bay Rays and old western movies.
She will be missed by her loving husband, Joseph, her dear close friends who’ve become family as well as her special friends.
Daria's ashes will be placed at her final resting place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell Florida at a later date.
