David Wayne Kirkpatrick

He was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 7, 1952. David was in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1970 to 1974. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in White Bear Lake, MN.

David was self-employed as a computer programming contractor. He married Maria (Eppie) Mullins on July 22, 2008. David was a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. He had a passion for family, friends and riding his motorcycle.

He is survived by wife Maria Kirkpatrick and her sons Samuel Berg and his wife Amy, Edward Berg and his wife Pamela, as well as grandsons Andrew, Connor, Zachary and granddaughter Alexa Berg; brother Jim (Peggy) Kirkpatrick of Sapulpa, OK; sister Kathy (Ralph) Doty of Dover, DE; brother Warren Kirkpatrick of Newark, DE; brother Rich Kirkpatrick of Newark, DE; niece Janelle (Kevin) George of Parker, CO; nephew Dan Kirkpatrick of Cleveland, OK; nephew Matt Kirkpatrick of Tulsa, OK; niece Alex (Taylor) Trosin of The Colony, TX; 2 great-nephews and 1 great-niece; uncle Clifford (Roz) Habeck of Apple Valley, MN; cousins Lisa Hernandez, Jeff Habeck, Ben Hernandez and Teddy Habeck all of Apple Valley, MN.

He was preceded in death by mother and father, Chuck & Lorraine Kirkpatrick and niece Mary Kirkpatrick.

Funeral arrangements will be held at 9:00AM, Monday May 9th at Turner Funeral Home, 14360 Spring Hill Dr., Spring Hill, FL, followed by procession to the Florida National Cemetery at Bushnell, FL for a brief ceremony at 11AM.
