She is survived by her husband of 36yrs., Kevin L. Bice; daughter, Nicole Bice; Siblings, John DeVita (Richard), Diane Lewis (Leon); step-daughter, Jaime Pauley; and step-grandchildren, Emma, Carson and Jonathan.
A visitation for Debra will be held Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, where a funeral service will be held Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 1pm. Burial will follow at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens.
