

Born in Orlando, FL on July 22, 1955, Dee Dee’s life was marked by a steady devotion to those she held close and a gentle, kind-hearted presence that will be deeply missed. She was a resident of Spring Hill, Florida.
Dee Dee graduated from Boone High School, carrying forward a quiet determination and care for others that would remain evident throughout her life.
Dee Dee built a respected career in banking, serving as a Corporate Operations Officer at Southeast Bank N.A./ First Union Bank. In her work and in her daily life, she was cherished for the warmth she extended to others and the considerate way she carried her responsibilities.
In July 1983, she married Pax Robinson. Though they later became ex-spouses, they remained lifelong friends—an enduring reflection of the beloved place Dee Dee held in the lives of those who knew her well. She is survived by her daughter, Maggie Robinson; her grandchildren, Emma E. Robinson and Brady P. Robinson; and her siblings, Betsy Mierswa and Bart Dawson.
Dee Dee was a member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR). She found joy and comfort in gardening, her beloved pets, family, music, God and country—simple, steady loves that spoke to her generous spirit and the deep care she gave to what mattered most.
