He is survived by his children, Elifelet Sepulveda, Abdiel Sepulveda, Hildelisa Bemudez and Carmen Sepulveda; siblings, Hilda Sepulveda, Heriberto Sepulveda, Teresa Sepulveda, Miguel Sepulveda, Moises Sepulveda and Felipe Sepulveda; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Efrain will be Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, where services will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Burial and military honors will follow at the Florida National Cemetery.
