Betty was a cherished grandmother "Nana" to Sean, Michaela (Matthew), Colleen (Kyle), Thomas (Samantha), James, Carolyn (Preston), Hannah (Caleb), Olivia (Kyle), Julianna (Bailey), Isabella, and Valentina; and a proud great-grandmother to Emilia, Ava, Victoria, Austin, Maverick, Owen, Waylon, Emmaline, Lily, Landon, and Dakoda.
Betty was born in Conyngham Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, in 1939 to Claude and Margaret Brown. She married her adoring husband, Tom, in Pond Hill, Pennsylvania, in 1960. Together, they raised their family in Levittown, New York, before retiring to Florida.

Betty cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom adored her. In their own words, she was loving, selfless, and deeply caring—a woman of unwavering faith who had the rare ability to uplift others, find positivity in every situation, and ensure those around her were happy. She was especially known for her quiet generosity, often slipping loved ones money for gas, lunch, or a special treat. Betty was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.
