Elizabeth T. Raymond

She was born in Brooklyn New York on April 1st 1945. She married Michael Raymond on June 8th 1969. They shared a beautiful long life together, while raising seven children. She loved to cook and entertain. She looked forward to any excuse to cook for her loved ones and celebrate any occasion. "The more the merrier" she'd always say. She wouldn't turn anyone away, there was always room at her table. It truly gave her such joy to be surrounded by her loved ones feeding them the foods they loved. She loved holidays, especially Christmas. She lived for the excitement on the faces of all the little ones when they'd experience her Christmas decor. Christmas was a magical time in that house, she would get as excited as a child.

Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 53 years, Michael Raymond. Along with their seven children Nicole, Denise, David, Rachael, Steven, Sara, Sam. As well as two daughters-in-law Doretta & Lena, whom she considered her children as well. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Elizabeth will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, where a service will begin at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens.
