Frank J. “The Barber” Felice, 71, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Josephine Felice. Frank was well known as the barber since this was what he did most of his life. He is of the catholic faith and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He is survived by his life partner Karen Sigmund, children Frank J. Felice, Jr. (Nadine), Theresa Lee, Jennifer, Danielle (Phil), Joshua and Joseph (Kristine); as well as grandchildren and great grandchildren.
