He was retired as a railroad conductor for the Chicago Railroad.
Survivors include his step-sons, David (Theresa) McIntyre, Tom (Janet) McIntyre and Don (Karen) McIntyre; sisters, Karen Hayes and Sue Wheeler; and several grandchildren.
A visitation for Gerald will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609, followed by a service at 12:00 PM.
