

Born on June 30, 1938, in Mineral Ridge, Ohio, she temporarily set aside her career as an X-ray technician to travel the world while nurturing her family with her husband, Denford, a member of the United States Air Force. After her husband’s retirement, she was dedicated to reestablishing her professional career, which she continued until her own retirement in 2003.
In her leisure time, she found pleasure in sewing, crocheting, knitting, and embroidery. Additionally, she was an enthusiastic reader who also enjoyed bowling and cherished moments spent with her family.
She is survived by her son, Glen; her grandchildren, Stephanie and Chance; her great-grandchildren, Alex, Jax, Ava, and Jake; her sister, Belva; along with numerous other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents James and Patricia Reifinger, her brother James, her daughter Karen, and her loving husband of 64 years Denford.
A memorial service honoring a life well-lived will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Dignity Memorial Gardens, located at 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609.
