Gloria Ann Robinson-Hamilton, 88, of Seffner, Florida passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023. She was born in Columbus, Ohio to Lawrence Albert and Ruth Olive Graham. Gloria married Marvin K. Robinson, Jr. on November 30, 1951 who passed away May 27, 1996. Then July 13, 2013 she married Joseph R. Hamilton who has preceded her in death as well on May 8, 2021.
She is survived by her children Debra R. DeHart (John), Shirley A. Padilla, Rhonda S. Hampton (Ron), Samantha J. Powell (Trevor), Anthony W. Robinson (Theresa), Timothy S. Robinson, 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was truly love by many and will be dearly misses by her loving family and friends.
These last eight months were hard for her. She is finally at rest, peaceful and without pain. We will missed her laugh, smiles and warm hugs. For many years as we were growing up, we went to church as a family. I can still hear Momma’s beautiful voice as she sang songs of God’s Love and Forgiveness. The wonderful peace you can only get from God. We know she is in a better place now, no longer in pain and walking on strong legs. No longer weak and unable to see. Though our hearts hurt and we will miss her, Momma is finally at peace. (Thank you Suzie for your sweet words).
