James D. Beebe, 79, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015. He was born in Islip, New York to James and Genevieve Beebe. He was a commercial fisherman in Islip, New York for over fifty years. James fished from the Coast of New Bedford to Key West Florida. We will miss all the wonderful stories of his adventures. He was of the Lutheran faith and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He is survived by his sons Jamie A. Beebe and Ron Parry; daughters Lois Carman and Barbara Lyon and husband Michael; brother Donald Beebe and wife Patricia; sisters Joyce Leigh-Manuel; Jean Cann and husband Peter; three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be at a later date in Long Island, New York.
