John Howard Kapusciarz, age 62, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on February 25, 2026, at 11:35 a.m. He was born on July 9, 1963, in Rochester, New York. Beloved and hard-working, John will be remembered with deep respect and lasting gratitude by all who knew him. He graduated from the University of South Florida.
John served his country in the Marine Corps. His service reflected the steady dedication that also defined his life and the way he showed up for others.
John married Elizabeth on April 27, 2002. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth; children, Timothy, Mario, Melissa, and Luis; and by his grandchildren, Mario, Neveah, Malisha, Jesse, Wyatt, Robert, and Corbin. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Edward Laboy, Jenna Laboy, Isabella Laboy, Chris, and Danielle. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Yvette Laboy.
John found enjoyment in baseball and pool, and he was known for how much he loved working. These simple, familiar passions were part of what made him who he was—reliable, committed, and always willing to put in the effort.
John Howard Kapusciarz will be deeply missed, and his memory will be carried forward by the family and friends who loved him.
