John "Jack" Patrick Mills

John (Jack) P. Mills, 88, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on Thursday January 9, 2025. He was born in Bronx, New York on April 22, 1936. Jack graduated from St. Ann’s High School in Bronx, New York and received an Associates Degree from Pace University in Manhattan, New York.

He was married to Kathleen Goin on June 6, 1959. Jack was a 42 years veteran of the Financial Services Industry working for Blythe Eastman Dillon, Bear Sterns and retired from Merrill Lynch in June 2000. He was a life member of the Knights of Columbus, a Past Grand Knight and Past Faithful Navigator. He had a passion for war movies, baseball, football as well as watching the stock market.

He was survived by his wife, Kathleen Mills of 65 years, children Kathleen Grande (Joseph), Jacqueline O’Donovan (William) and Sean Mills (Donna), grandchildren Jenna Carlson, Joseph Grande, John Paul Grande, Caitlyn Shaffer, Brogan Callahan, Connor O’Donovan, Delany Callahan, Liam Mills and Bennett Mills, he was also survived by his only sibling, Michael Mills.

A visitation for Jack will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, Crematory and Cemetery, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Church of Saint Mary Our Lady of Sorrows, 18810 US-41, Brooksville, FL 34610.
