Jose A. Acosta, age 74, of Spring Hill, FL passed away on Friday, November 28, 2014 under the care of HPH Hospice House, Brooksville, FL. He was the husband of the late Margita Acosta who preceded him in death in 1994.
Born in Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Julio and Patria Acosta. Though out his working career he was involved in manufacturing oils and chemicals for the automotive industry. He loved everything automotive and had a collection of model cars.
He will be deeply missed by his son: Josue Acosta of Spring Hill, FL and sisters: Hilda Gonzales of Puerto Rico; Awilda Morales of Spring Hill, FL; Yvette Gonzales of Puerto Rico and Mirna Medina of Spring Hill. He has numerous nieces and nephews.
A gathering will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Turner Funeral Homes Spring Hill Chapel, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL followed by a prayer service at 11:00 Am followed by interment at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens, Spring Hill,FL.
