He was married to Irene Costa, who passed away in 2016.
Joseph was a World War II veteran who survived a bombing on the USS Savannah.
He is survived by his daughter, Marie Lamoureux (Phillip) and son, Joseph Costa; 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A funeral mass will be held at Saint Joan of Arc on Monday, June 2nd, followed by a military funeral service at Florida National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
