Joey is my cousin though while growing up together he always treated me like he was my big brother I looked up to him and I was always excited to be around him. He was the most loving family man you could ever meet always laughing with a smile on his face. I cherish all the memories and will always love him. My condolences to Heidi and their daughters

I had the pleasure of working with Joe on a bunch of jobs. He was a great mechanic and more then that he was a great UNION man. We had fun on jobs but always got the work done.  Most of all I’m glad to have the honor to call you a friend. May you Rest In Peace ..

I also worked with Joe in Bermuda.  He was a hard working person and a nice guy. In the electrical trade we have an expression that is meant as a compliment. That expression is "He is/was a good mechanic." What it really means is that the person is/was a great mechanic. In Joe's case, he was a great mechanic. Something that I found out through conversation was that there was only seven months between us in age. Hearing of Joe's untimely passing is more than a little unsettling for me. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to meet and work with Joe. My condolences to his family. Rest In Eternal Peace Joe.

I had the pleasure of joe working for me in Bermuda. He was a great asset to my crew. I enjoyed getting to know him. He and I would always reminisce about the Bermuda job when we ran into each other at union meeting. He will be missed. My condolences to his family.

Memories❤We have so many with Joe &Heidi. True friends! Our best friends! Cruises, dinners,drinking our beers and wine and one of my favorite's is Watching Jersey Boys, front and center. Joe was a kind, loving and very caring man to not only  his family but his friends. Actually if you were a friend you became family. Joe will be missed beyond words. We love you Buddy💔💔

I have many fond memories of Joe.  I remember chatting with him out at the Grand Plaza Hotel Beach Bar on St Pete beach for hours the day before I married my beautiful wife Rachel.  I remember dinners with great wine, amazing food and fun conversation.  I remember great times on the Day family cruise, but most of all I remember his zest for life that as impossible as it seems now gone. 
Joe’s presence was larger than life. He was a rock on which many foundations now stand.  Someone with that much passion for his family, his friends and for life can never truly die.  Joe will live evermore in all of our hearts.  We are eternally grateful to have known such a man.


Have worked with Heidi for over twenty years. Had the pleasure of eating out a few times with Heidi and Joe. I will always remember how brave he was and his obvious love for his wife Heidi. Everyone at the post office prays for the family.
