Joyce A. Flora, 83, of Spring Hill Florida passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016. She was born in Boyd County, Kentucky to Adam and Edna Metz. She was of the Methodist faith and will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Earl F Flora Jr. She is survived by her son Douglas E Flora; daughters Sandra Hanna and husband John; Terri Colman; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Graveside service will be @ 11:45 AM Thursday, March 10, 2016. Located at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens in Spring Hill.
