Shiver, Joyce E., 83 of Brooksville passed away peacefully at home on October 31, 2018. She was born in Chattahoochee, Florida and was a resident of Brooksville for 47 years. She was a Christian by faith in Jesus Christ. Family was her life and meant everything to her. She was always smiling, loving, caring and willing to help anyone in need. Joyce was a dedicated employee and retired from SunTrust. After retirement, she often returned to work part-time at the request of her peers.
She is predeceased by her husband, William H Shiver Sr., and her daughter, Pat Burr.
She leaves to cherish her memory, 3 children, Diana Varner, Serena Despres and William (Billy) Shiver Jr.; 15 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and 3 siblings, Fran McLaughlin, Terry Jean Ferrell Smith, and Arthur Ferrell.

A memorial gathering will be held at Turner Funeral Home, 14360 Spring Hill Drive on Sunday, November 4, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm with Celebration of Life/Memorial Service immediately following at 1:00 pm.
