Keith was born in Portsmouth, VA on April 26, 1955. He owned a landscaping and tree service business called Bud's Tree Service for over 30 years and had a passion for flying planes and RC planes.
Keith is survived by his three daughters, Jennifer Elswick, Heather Pituch, and Michaela Abel; his grandchildren, Emmalyn Elswick, Sierra McLeod, Alexa Pituch, Noah Pituch, and Abigail McLeod; siblings, Bobby McLeod, Nancy Bedford, Barbara Gautreaux and Todd Colbert.
