Kenneth O. Phillips, 62, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015. He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana to James and Florence Phillips. He was a member of Hearts 4 God Church and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife Laura Phillips; sons James S. Phillips and wife Jessica, Kenneth J. Phillips and wife Courtney; sister Susan Hamilton and husband Hubert; and six grandchildren. Memorial service will be at a later date.
