Manuel DeJesus "Manny Mo"“Manolin” “Nin” Mojica, Sr., 81 of Spring Hill, Florida passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020. He was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico to Rosendo and Maria Mojica. He was a Golden Glove Champion, he worked for the United States Postal Service as a Mail Carrier but he retired as a NYC Corrections Captain for Riker’s Island. He enjoyed salsa dancing, cruises, traveling, paddleball and his dog lucky. He was a father that always wanted the best for his children and a strong man with a powerful presence. He had a very strong work ethic and very knowledgeable, as well as determined. He was one of nine siblings. He will be dearly missed by many and will never be forgotten. “We Will Love You Always Papi”.
He is preceded in death by his son Manuel DeJesus Mojica, Jr.
He is survived by his daughters Letty and Vinia A. Mojica; siblings Trinidad Mojica and Victor Mojica. He will be greatly missed by his loving companion Margaret Piemonte; grandchildren Summer Love Mora-Mojica, Stephanie Mojica and Manny A. Mojica.
Visitation will be 5-7PM with a service at 7PM Friday, January 10, 2010 located at Turner Funeral Home in Spring Hill.
